| Ordering Information |
| Orders may be placed by phone, fax or e-mail.
Ordering hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday. If faxing an
order, please include a daytime phone number. |
Pricing |
| We will do our best to maintain the current
prices. However, due to the fluctuating prices of raw materials, pricing is
subject to change without notice. |
Invoice Terms |
| Billing terms are net 30 days from the date of
invoice for approved credit accounts. The minimum invoice amount is $50.00. |
Sales Tax |
| New York State sales tax is required on all
orders picked up or delivered in New York unless your New York State tax
exemption certificate is on file with our office. All other applicable taxes
are the purchaser’s responsibility. |
Returned Checks |
| A $20.00 fee will be charged for any check
returned to Peak Trading. |
Freight Charges |
| All materials are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point.
Freight will be prepaid on all orders over 1000 lbs. within the continental
United States. Peak Trading reserves the right to ship by the carrier of its
choice. Any damage in transit or loss of freight is the responsibility of the
carrier. Claims should be made directly to the freight carrier. |
Late Charges |
| A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added
to all past due accounts. Accounts with a past due balance are ineligible for
additional shipments until the outstanding balance and finance charges are paid
in full. |
Returned Merchandise |
| Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If
merchandise needs to be returned, it must have an RA number. Merchandise cannot
be returned without prior approval from Peak Trading. Requests for returns must
be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All returns must be in
saleable condition. If the merchandise is being returned as a result of
customer error, we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus any outbound and
inbound freight charges. Custom cable assemblies and custom lengths of cable,
wire rope, and chain are not returnable. |
